Do you have a strong sense of urgency and highly developed customer service skills?

We are looking for a high caliber ACCOUNT MANAGER whose main responsibilities include

• Identifying the needs and requirements of existing clients
• In charge of building lasting business relationship with clients
• Ensure that client’s needs are met
• Manage and expand client accounts
• Ensure exceptional customer service to new and existing clients

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

About Us

Compensation will include:
Salary: $50K-$65K + Commission + Annual Corporate Bonus + Benefits
Total compensation: Year one 90K-110K, Year two 130K+

Luxor Corporation is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager.

Your responsibilities will include: Customer deployments, product training, documenting customer requirements and business processes as well as writing SRS Documentation (Software Requirements Specifications).

As a successful candidate you are an exceptional communicator with outstanding writing skills. You have a natural talent for quickly extracting necessary information from customers to better understand their business as well as their challenges. You are extremely organized, resourceful, self motivated with a “get the job done” attitude.

Key requirements:
• Exceptional writing skills (experience writing technical requirements)
• Outstanding communicator
• Post secondary diploma
• Experience using: Ms Office Suite – Visio, Project, outlook
• 2 years experience in similar position
• Ability to travel 25% (USA, Europe, Asia)

Asset:
• Experience using and deploying CRM Applications
