Introducing Marketing Automation with Luxor CRM

They wanted users to not only be able to craft and schedule the timing of a well-designed email campaign but as well to track how many people successfully opened and clicked through links provided in the email’s content. They even wanted users to produce detailed reports including the recipient’s name and the time they opened or clicked on an email’s link so that their next batch of marketing efforts would be even more specific and strategic than the first. After months of rigorous work, the new and improved Campaigns module is now live for all Luxor CRM users to enjoy. 

With Luxor CRM’s new Campaigns Module, users can successfully create a well-designed email campaign with as many issues or series as they would like. They can then schedule the campaigns to be released on specific dates and times and furthermore track how many individuals out of the total number targeted have:

1. Opened the campaign

2. Opted-out of the campaign  

3. Were undeliverable- i.e.: wrong email address

4. Clicked through links in the content

Alternatively, they can produce customized reports based on specific data or use the canned reports to track who and when someone opened the campaign or who and when someone clicked on a specific link. These reports are an extremely powerful tool for marketers striving to provide their targeted audience with content that is both relevant and valuable. They also provide marketers with the insight to build strong relationships with their customers and achieve top of mind status with their leads.
