Our First Annual Luxor CRM User Conference

Over the past two months, we have been busy planning our first Annual User Conference. Unlike other conferences or events, there are no sponsors and no exhibitors. The only people in attendance will be the Luxor CRM team and our loyal customers.

The conference is a 2-day event taking place in Niagara Falls, Ontario and will provide Luxor CRM customers with extensive training, new insights and an open forum environment to express their comments, questions and concerns. It has become more evident than ever that our company thrives off of customer feedback and satisfaction and what better way to elevate these two factors than with an event centered around our customers.

In order to make our conference as valuable for our customers as possible, we decided to reach out to them to gather all of their questions and comments prior to the event. This will not only ensure that we make the best of use of everyone's time but moreover to reiterate how committed the entire Luxor CRM team is towards our customer's satisfaction and success with our CRM solution. Our new policy is to not just provide CRM software, but to become the provider of a complete CRM experience.

We view our Customer Conference as the stepping stone to the development of the Luxor CRM community. We hope that our customers will walk away from the conference feeling equally confident about their investment in our CRM solution as they feel about our community. Additionally, we hope that our conference will encourage our customer's participation in our online communities. Our customers have the power to shape the future of Luxor CRM and we can't wait to see what that future has in store.
