Lukas Szczurowski, Chief Executive OfficerLukas is responsible for driving the Luxor CRM business: An experienced sales professional, Lukas has over 10 years of experience in the CRM industry. Prior to joining Atum Corporation in 2002, where he developed Luxor CRM, he was the Senior Sales Executive at a publicly traded CRM software company in Markham, Ontario. An innovator and entrepreneur, Lukas co-founded a successful computer hardware company, which he sold in 1998. When Luxor Corporation was established in 2009 as an independent subsidiary of Atum Corporation, Lukas was promoted from Director of Business and Product Development at Atum to Chief Executive Officer at Luxor. |

Mat Fisher, Chief Technology OfficerMat is one of the co-founders of Luxor CRM and brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry to its software development team. Mat originally left Luxor in 2003 and spent several years abroad working on large-scale international projects for a range of corporate and government clients. He was the lead architect behind the Environment for Virtualized Evidence (EVE), a world first and one of the New Zealand Police's most successful innovations. Other central government agencies such as the United States FBI and Canadian RCMP now use EVE with strong interest from other enforcement agencies around the world. Mat has recently returned to Luxor CRM and is using his knowledge and expertise to further enhance the company's flagship product. |

Monica Matuszczak, Manager of SalesAfter graduating from York University with a BA in Communications and a Minor in Psychology, Monica began her career as an outside sales representative in the Telecommunications industry. Within this role, Monica gained experience in customer service, new business development and customer retention, specializing in small business and enterprise accounts. In 2008, Monica became the Business Development Manager at Luxor CRM, where her main responsibilities included new business development and scheduling demo presentations with qualified prospects. After excelling in the role and surpassing her targets, Monica was promoted to Sales Manager in October 2010. Her responsibilities now include overseeing the entire Luxor CRM Sales team, ensuring continuous growth as well as ongoing business development initiatives. |
